Konsecrate offers standard shipping options to both domestic and international destinations. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow tracking numbers at least 24 hours to update.
Keep in mind that we are not responsible for import/duty costs if you live outside of the USA.
We are extremely busy during this holiday season thanks to your amazing support, and we’re working as hard as we can to ensure your orders will arrive on time for Christmas.
Please keep in mind, every order requires 2-5 business days of processing time and an additional 2-7 days of production time before shipping.
Also note that the shipping time estimate displayed at checkout does not include this processing time, and is an estimate, meaning it is not guaranteed. We ship via multiple carriers depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, and we consistently see longer shipping times than expected due to volume, so please account for that extra shipping time as well.
We cannot guarantee the delivery times if there is a delay that is the result of unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as a typo or issue with the shipping address you’ve submitted, poor weather conditions, backlogs at the post office, etc. Packages shipping internationally cannot be guaranteed due to customs, duty requirements or postal service issues that are outside of our control.

1. Order Processing and Production Time
All of our products are made to order, which means they go through a production process before being shipped.

Please note that production times do not include weekends or holidays.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is typically 5-12 business days for domestic orders within the United States and 7-20 business days for international orders, depending on the destination.

Express Shipping: If available, express shipping options may reduce delivery time. Estimated delivery times for express shipping are generally 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 5-10 business days for international orders.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and delivery address.

3. Shipping Destinations
Konsecrate products are shipped worldwide. However, certain regions may have restrictions or longer delivery times due to shipping carrier limitations or customs regulations. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you promptly.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.
If you do not receive tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@konsecrate.com, and we will provide you with an update.
5. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure that your order is delivered within the expected timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

8. Address Errors and Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If the provided address is incorrect or incomplete, and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
If a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim the package from customs, we will not be able to issue a refund. Please double-check all shipping details before completing your order.
